I know you may not personally know me, but I wanted to post this as a reminder to everyone that life is fleeting and to spend your time enjoying what we have and not waste the time we do have.

I got a call a few days ago that my closest cousin was being rushed to the ER after he feinted at work and stopped breathing. By the time I got there he was in a coma, and had gone into v-fib in the ambulance but they kept his heart beating so we were hopeful.

Unfortunately, when they tried to bring him out of the coma on Saturday the tests showed that by the time the EMTs got to him, his brain was already dead from lack of oxygen and he was taken off life support today.

The doctors have no idea what happened. He didn’t smoke or do drugs, his vital organs were all normal and healthy. They can’t find any reason for what happened.

We had celebrated his 29th birthday a couple months ago and in the blink of an eye I’ll never see him again.

So tell your loved ones that you love them as often as you can, and be the best person you can be, life is too awesome to spend it otherwise
